Engines built
Lead lists and sequences, or pillars and first posts, depending on your plan. You approve before launch.
Launch
The engines go live, the pipeline starts tracking, and the first weekly or monthly test is set.

How much of my time does the sprint need?
One input session at the start, then a few short approvals: your Spine, your profile, and your sequences or first posts. We do the writing and the setup.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Before anything changes, we agree in writing what the new plan adds and what it costs.
What if I already have an ICP or a good profile?
We start from what you have. If your ICP or profile is already strong, the sprint confirms it and spends the time on the engines instead.
What happens after the sprint?
The monthly system fee starts. It keeps the engines running, tests one variable at a time and reports what changed. See how it works.
