Who we are

This website is run by ConsulSales S.L., VAT ESB14545326, Barcelona, Spain, referred to here as “ConsulSales” or “we”. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@consulsales.com.

What we collect

• Booking form: your name, work email, company website, LinkedIn profile URL, team size, revenue band, plan interest and message.
• Free tools: the score is worked out in your browser. To write your personal feedback, the text and numbers you enter and your score are sent to our server and to our AI provider, xAI, and are not stored by us after the feedback is returned. If you use "Fetch from URL" in the Profile Analyzer, the public profile URL is sent to our data provider, Apify, to retrieve public profile information, and is not stored after the result is returned. Don't paste anything into a tool that you wouldn't want processed this way.

Why we use it

We use booking form data to reply to your request, arrange a call and send you a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run this website and our business: website hosting with Vercel, Google Sheets, where form submissions are saved, Cal.com for booking calls, our email tools, xAI for the personal feedback in the free tools, Apify for the optional profile fetch, and jsDelivr, which serves the animation library, so your browser connects to it when a page loads. They process data on our behalf under data processing terms. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case contract records are kept as required by law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent. Email hello@consulsales.com. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD, at aepd.es.

Fonts

This site loads the Lato and Playfair Display typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when a page loads.
